Return Exchange and Refund Policy

At Justyol, we want you happy with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on justyol.ma.

1) Return eligibility & window
  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

  • For hygiene/safety, the following are non-returnable unless faulty: lingerie/underwear, swimwear, cosmetics/beauty once unsealed, perishable goods, customized or made-to-order items, and items marked Final Sale.

  • DOA (defective on arrival): Report manufacturing defects within 72 hours of delivery with photos/video so we can fast-track a replacement or refund.

Consumer rights (Morocco): Nothing here limits your non-waivable rights under Moroccan consumer law (including the 7-day right of withdrawal in applicable distance-selling cases).

2) How to start a return or exchange
  1. Log in → Orders → select the order → Request Return/Exchange and follow the steps.

  2. We’ll email an RMA (authorization) with next steps and, where applicable, a prepaid label or drop-off instructions.

3) Exchanges
  • Like-for-like exchanges (size/color) are accepted within 14 days, subject to stock.

  • If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

4) Refunds & timelines
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval (timing varies by bank/card/wallet). For COD orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or store credit—your choice.

  • Partial refunds/deductions may apply for: missing parts, excessive wear, damage, or returns outside the window (if accepted at our discretion).

If you don’t see your refund after 14 business days, contact your bank/payment provider; then reach us at info@justyol.com.

5) Who pays return shipping?
  • We cover return shipping (or provide a prepaid label/pickup) if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind, wrong size/color ordered, or other non-fault reasons.

6) Cross-border & customs on returns
  • For international/cross-border orders, any import duties/taxes you originally paid may be non-refundable by authorities. We’ll refund product price (and original shipping if the return is due to our error/defect).

  • Always follow our RMA instructions so returns clear customs correctly; failure to do so may delay or reduce your refund.

7) Delayed shipping guarantee

If your order isn’t delivered within 35 days of purchase, you may request a full refund from your Order page. If the parcel later arrives after a refund has been issued, we may arrange a pickup or request repayment—your choice.

8) Refused/undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused or multiple delivery attempts fail, we may deduct two-way shipping from any refund (unless the failure was our fault) and may temporarily restrict COD for repeated no-shows. (This mirrors common marketplace practice.)

9) Marketplace & third-party items

When fulfilled by a third-party seller, the minimum return standard applies: a local return address, a prepaid label, or a full refund without return if neither is provided—consistent with leading marketplaces.
