Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch/shipping confirmation email. If an obvious pricing or availability error is discovered, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or invite you to reconfirm at the correct price.

4. Orders and Payment

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
    Justyol reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Payments can be made via the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

4.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where available, COD orders may be subject to order value limits, ID verification, and re-delivery attempts. We may restrict COD for repeated refused deliveries and may charge a reasonable re-delivery fee after failed attempts.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders within the timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.

If your order exceeds 35 days for shipping, you are entitled to request a full refund through the Order Page on our website.

5.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Cross-border deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for such charges. Estimated delivery windows exclude customs clearance time.

5.2 Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to you or your designated recipient at the delivery address. We may make partial shipments; you will be notified accordingly.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Return Window & Conditions
Subject to applicable consumer law, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

6.2 Exclusions
For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless defective (e.g., underwear, swimwear, cosmetics once unsealed, customized or personalized items, perishable goods).

6.3 Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

6.4 Return Shipping Costs
If an item is defective or we shipped in error, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense, as specified in our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Justyol website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Justyol or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our express written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (e.g., product reviews, comments) to our website, you grant Justyol a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content in connection with our services and marketing.
